Hey folks!

Thought I’d post a little something to let you all know whats going on at my end. I know I can have periods of quiet so if anyone is interested, here’s what’s going on in the world of Mike.

I’m working on the Halloween 2 review, which is going swimmingly. Not sure I’ll be able to top the pace of the Halloween episode, but I shall do my damnedest! The watermelon I carved started to smell a bit, so I had to throw it away, so unfortunately that won’t make a return, so I welcome suggestions to an alternative!

Whether you all know or not, I have a day job which takes up most of my time. I’m trying to lower my hours in the new year, so if I manage to do that I’ll be able to *hopefully* produce at least a video a week. I can’t promise anything, but that’s my goal! You do of course need to keep watching my vids so I get paid enough from blip!

I’ve also decided to move out of my house and live in an igloo. At least that is what you would assume should you ever come to my house. The boiler has broken, so unless I want to put myself into cardiac arrest I can’t shower! So, we’ve been boiling the kettle and filling up the bloody sink every morning. Not fun. It’s also freezing as hell, which is upsetting the snake a little. And no, I mean my actual snake, not my nether regions. Even his heat mat and light aren’t keeping him up to the temperature he should be. But I’m sure he’ll pull through. AND to top it off when the boiler blew up it shorted the fuse box, which in turn knackered the oven, so we haven’t had food you can’t cook in a pan for a week.

It hasn’t been fun at my house.

Until today!* Kinect is apparently waiting at my door to be played on my return from work. I shall tweet in either dismay or amazement later tonight, I’m sure.

My other half is also going in for some surgery on Monday, so she’s going to be out of it for a couple of weeks after that while she recovers. Again, that is something which will slow down videos, but once all this has blown over and Xmas is out of the way (and hopefully my hours reduced) I will be able to organise a regular video release schedule.

So thats where I am! Not the most jolly of updates, but I shall write another blog for ya’ll soon!
